1. Purpose
This policy explains what users may not do on the platform. It applies to fans, creators, affiliates, moderators, and any other account holder.
2. No illegal activity
You may not use the platform for unlawful conduct, fraud, unauthorized payment activity, evasion of sanctions, trafficking, non-consensual content, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law.
3. No abuse of platform systems
You may not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, manipulate, or interfere with the platform, its payment flows, messaging systems, wallet functions, or moderation tools.
4. No rights violations
You may not upload, sell, publish, or distribute content you do not own or control. You must not impersonate others or misuse their image, identity, or intellectual property.
5. Respectful conduct
Users must not use the platform to threaten, stalk, extort, exploit, or harass others.
6. Enforcement
The platform may remove content, reverse access, limit features, suspend accounts, withhold payouts where lawful, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
