2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, registering for, or using XFunClip Creators, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related platform policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Account types
The platform may offer fan accounts, creator accounts, and administrative accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
5. Creator verification and content responsibility
Creators may be required to complete identity, age, and compliance verification before monetization is enabled. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring they have all required rights, permissions, and lawful authority to upload, publish, sell, and license their content on the platform.
6. Payments, subscriptions, and wallet balances
The platform may offer direct payments, recurring subscriptions, locked content purchases, paid messages, tips, and wallet top-ups. Wallet balances are shown in real currency, such as EUR or USD, depending on the user or platform setup. A wallet balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
7. Platform fees and creator earnings
Platform fees, processing logic, and payout terms may vary by transaction type. If a creator fee is displayed on a landing page, dashboard, or sales section, that fee applies subject to the current platform configuration and any specific creator terms accepted by the creator.
8. Renewals and recurring billing
Subscriptions may renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in the fan dashboard. The user is responsible for reviewing renewal dates, billing frequency, and any cancellation status shown in the platform.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform to upload prohibited content, violate applicable law, abuse messaging tools, infringe third-party rights, commit fraud, evade payment obligations, scrape the platform, or interfere with platform security.
10. Suspension and termination
The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these terms, applicable law, payment requirements, moderation rules, or compliance obligations.
11. Intellectual property
All platform branding, software, design, and non-user-generated materials remain the property of XFunClip.com or its licensors. Users retain rights to their own content only to the extent allowed by law and the platform policies, but grant the platform the limited rights necessary to host, display, moderate, process, and deliver that content.
12. Availability
The platform may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. Access may be affected by maintenance, moderation actions, payment provider decisions, legal requirements, or fraud prevention measures.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, profitability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
14. Governing law
