Billing Policy

Billing, subscription renewal, wallet top-up, and payment recovery terms for XFunClip Creators.

1. Billing models
The platform may charge users for subscriptions, wallet top-ups, locked content, paid messages, and tips. Charges may be processed directly at checkout or deducted from an available wallet balance where supported.

2. Subscription billing
A subscription may begin immediately after successful payment. Renewals, expiration dates, and status details may be shown in the fan dashboard. Users are responsible for reviewing their subscription status before renewal or repurchase.

3. Wallet top-ups
Wallet balances are shown in real currency, such as EUR or USD, depending on the account or platform logic. A wallet balance can be used for supported purchases inside the platform but is not a deposit account or external payment instrument.

4. Failed or pending payments
If a payment is pending, delayed, or fails, access to the related content or service may remain unavailable until the payment is confirmed. The platform may also retry, cancel, or require a new payment flow depending on the payment status.

5. Renewal options
Where enabled, a user may be able to renew a subscription with wallet balance or with a direct payment through the available checkout flow. If wallet balance is insufficient, the user may be asked to top up or pay directly.

6. Pricing and taxes
Displayed pricing, platform fees, creator pricing, and any tax treatment may vary by content type, country, or payment setup. Users must review checkout details before confirming payment.
