Refund Policy

Refund rules for subscriptions, wallet top-ups, locked content, paid messages, and tips on XFunClip Creators.

1. General principle
Because the platform provides digital services, subscriptions, private content access, wallet top-ups, and creator interactions, refunds are handled carefully and are not automatic.

2. Subscriptions
Subscription refunds are generally considered only where there was a duplicate charge, a proven technical billing error, or a legal obligation requiring a refund. If access was granted and the subscription period started, a refund may be denied unless required by law.

3. Wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups are intended for spending inside the platform. Once a top-up has been successfully processed and credited, it may be non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment, confirmed technical error, unauthorized transaction review, or where required by law.

4. Locked content and paid messages
Purchases of locked content, paid messages, or similar digital access products are generally final once access has been delivered, unless there was a proven technical delivery failure or another legal basis for reversal.

5. Tips
Tips are normally final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where a transaction is reversed because of fraud review or payment failure.

6. Chargebacks and fraud review
The platform may pause, investigate, or restrict refunds where abuse, repeated disputes, fraud indicators, or policy violations are suspected.

7. Requesting a review
To request a refund review, contact [email protected] with your account email, transaction details, approximate payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.

8. No guarantee of refund
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed against transaction records, access logs, moderation records, and legal requirements.
