Rules for creator uploads, moderation, ownership, rights, and prohibited content on XFunClip Creators.

1. Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for ensuring they own, control, or are otherwise authorized to publish all content uploaded to the platform.
2. Prohibited content
The platform does not allow illegal material, non-consensual material, exploitative content, underage content, rights-infringing material, deceptive or fraudulent sales content, or any content prohibited by law or payment/compliance rules.
3. Verification and moderation
Creators may be required to complete verification before monetization is enabled. Uploaded content may be reviewed, restricted, or removed based on moderation standards, legal obligations, payment risk, or policy enforcement.
4. Metadata and previews
The platform may generate thumbnails, blurred previews, previews for guests, and internal metadata needed for discovery, moderation, and secure delivery.
5. Suspension and removal
The platform may remove or restrict any content at its discretion where moderation, legal, payment, or safety concerns arise.
6. Repeat violations
Repeated policy violations may lead to account suspension, monetization restrictions, payout holds where lawful, or permanent removal.
